Scenarc Engagement Policies and Contract Procedures
Effective Date: October 25, 2025
This document defines the formal, mandatory procedures and stages followed by both parties to initiate engagement with Scenarc and execute content engineering and dramatic consultation services.
Phase I: Request Submission and Initiation
1. Official Request Channel and Process Integrity:
The request for the required service must be submitted only through the dedicated form on our website. All necessary data must be fully provided, and answering all required fields is essential for optimal results and efficient engagement. Any agreement not following this procedure or any personal dealings outside the Site’s framework shall not be valid, and the Site incurs no legal liability if the request is not received via the aforementioned form.
2. Responsibility for Contact Information:
The client bears the direct and full responsibility for the validity and accuracy of the email address registered in the form, which serves as the official communication channel. The client also accepts full liability for all legal and financial consequences arising from providing an incorrect email address.
3. Data Review and Initial Response:
Our team will study the data provided by you, necessary for work estimation, within five working days of submitting the request. We will notify you via email of all our observations and the subsequent steps using your provided email address, or by a message sent to the WhatsApp number specified by you (both parties agree that correspondence between them, whether via email or the WhatsApp number registered by you and known to us, shall be considered official and binding).
Phase II: Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
4. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection:
The responsibility for the legal registration and preservation of the Intellectual Property rights for the creative material lies solely with the client (the service requester). Scenarc does not provide legal Copyright Registration services and bears no responsibility in this regard.
5. Strict Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
Scenarc is committed to ensuring the absolute confidentiality of all dealings and materials submitted. We guarantee not to present or share any information or creative materials related to the client’s project with any other external party, except upon the client’s explicit written consent. Our team assumes the ethical, professional, and legal responsibility for maintaining the secrecy of the materials while in our possession for the purpose of service execution.
Phase III: Defining Scope of Work and Commercial Terms
6. Defining Project Characteristics and SOW:
Communication is established to determine the detailed characteristics of the project (whether based on client-submitted ideas or a joint investment in Scenarc-developed ideas). The goal is to accurately and exclusively define the required services and secure agreement.
7. Documenting Services and Costs:
The agreed-upon services to be provided by us are documented via a specific Service Summary Form on the website. We will clearly and accurately specify the service fees, the methods and timing for payment receipt, as well as the delivery schedule for each service (The Timeline), and inform you of these details via the official email.
Phase IV: Contract Activation and Commencement
8. Electronic Contract and Timeline Signature:
The electronic contract/agreement form and the agreed-upon timeline must be signed (digitally) via our website.
9. Down Payment and Contract Validity:
The agreed-upon first payment (Down Payment) must be transferred through the specified payment methods on our website, in order to certify the contract/agreement’s entry into force.
10. Activation of the Timeline and Commencement:
Upon completion of all preceding steps (1 through 9), the contract/agreement shall be considered valid. The agreed-upon time periods shall then commence, relating to the deadlines for the delivery of the various stages of the tasks required of us, and the dates for depositing the agreed-upon payments into our account.
